Inter labial pads:
-Stop channeling (when your flow channels to the back or front of your pad).
-Help to slow down your flow. If you experience sudden gushes, it can slow it down to give your cloth pad more time to absorb so there’s less chance of leaking.
-Can be used as a backup with your menstrual cup instead of a pantyliner.
-Are great for light incontinence when coughing or sneezing.
-Can be used to catch vaginal discharge so you don’t need a pantyliner.
-Give extra protection with a heavy flow; they absorb 2-5 ml of fluid.
Wash a couple of times before first use to increase absorbency. Fold the inter labial pad in half lengthwise and place between your inner labia. The edges fold over your outer labia. It might take some getting used to, you can feel them when you’ve first placed them in position. But any discomfort should subside soon and you won’t feel it at all. Made of 55% organic hemp and 45% organic cotton.
For blood stains, rinse thoroughly with COLD water until the water runs clear (hot water will set the stains). Using our stain remover stick is highly recommended. Rub onto the pad until suds appear, then rinse. Apply again and leave overnight, then rinse. If still stained, repeat. If not using a stain remover, rinse as described above and soak in cold water. Refresh water daily until wash day. Can be washed at 40 or 60 and can be tumble dried.
